This is a small hole in the wall with some of the best fish & chips and lobster rolls that we have ever eaten. Seafoods look fresh and owner is very helpful and the staff was very attentive. Leave your fancy clothes at home and enjoy lunch or dinner!!!
Crabs were fresh and very reasonably priced. Will travel there again. While it was a long drive from SLW, it was well worth it.
Basin says it's a seafood market but it's a definitely a restaurant also and it's very good. We sat outside on an evening at a picnic'y table for two. Our waitress was sweet and efficient. Tonight they had an AYCE steamed blue crab special, but we weren't ready for pick in' and ordered off the regular menu. My Grouper Reuben w/ fries was great as was the cod, shrimp and crab cake platter /w fries and coleslaw very good for my companion. Prices are solid for seafood. Parking is free and decent enough, might get tricky on a busy weekend. I'll definitely return and be eyeing those blue crabs for next time. Thanks!
We ate lunch there, it was fresh and delicious. We had the lobster bisque, steamed Ipswich clams and also the clam basket with fries and coleslaw. Best clam basket I ever had!!! Waitress couldn't have been more pleasant and helpful and the owner behind the counter was so friendly too. It's part of a fish market so there were plenty of customers buying the fresh fish etc to go. I will definitely return!!!
The food is amazing $35 all you can eat blue crab! This was my first time here and eating blue crab I'm from detroit we do not get fresh seafood like this. The waitress was amazing she threw on some gloves to help her girl out and show me how to crack them without destroying my hands, the service was impeccable!! My sweet tea stayed full and the out door seating was amazing they even put up a fan for you to keep the bugs away. I even met a amazing couple that lives an hour away that comes for the all you can eat crab and a bucket of corona. I'll definitely be back to try more on the menu , i was stalking everyone else's dish and everything looked amazing!
